Ok I want to change my name but I am scared that I will lose my rank and claim/chest/items/money and I dont want anything to go wrong so I was wondering that if I changed my name if I would lose claims/chests/items/money and that if any staff could maybe help me? Right, I believe that with a name change pokes and money are kept.
However, claims,homes and money are lost. Please contact a member of staff before you decide to change your name so they can verify it and make sure you get returned your rightful items.

I know that we do refund items lost by name change, and a higher staff than me (test mod) can help you out when they see this. Maybe in the mean time you could prepare by taking a few back up screenshots of your pokemon? Just in case.
LilKittyGirl you will lose your home sets and money.
Both of these can be refunded by a Senior Mod or higher.
Anything else lost is at your expense. You are guaranteed to keep your Pokemon, items in your enderchest, items in your inventory, and your claims.
You will not lose your rank. I do suggest taking screenshots of everything you don't wish to lose.
